Data Security
Our purpose-built, secure offices and robust security procedures ensure that any data we maintain during the course of our engagement is always safeguarded.
Although the Security Industry does not have a specific published Code of Practice, we are well-acquainted with and closely adhere to the Data Protection Code of Practice for the Insurance Industry. We stay up-to-date with all developments regarding data protection matters.
Code of Professional Conduct
Investigate Ireland, as part of its service contract or agreement, adheres to the following Code of Professional Conduct:

Our services are always delivered with honesty and honor, and we expect the same ethical approach from our clients and suppliers. The advice, strategic guidance, and training we provide are all carefully considered to reflect ethical values, ensuring the protection and enhancement of the moral integrity of both our clients and suppliers.
Duty of Care
We ensure that all our actions and advice comply with the relevant laws. Furthermore, we believe every business or organization, including ours, should avoid causing harm to the human rights of individuals, local communities, or the environment, and should actively contribute to the well-being of society as a whole.
Consumer Protection Code
Although Investigate Ireland is not directly regulated by the Central Bank of Ireland, as a Data Processor working with organizations regulated by the Central Bank, we are fully familiar with and always comply with the Consumer Protection Code.
